Cooperation Models
Consignment Cooperation
The consignment cooperation model is a business arrangement where products are provided by the partner to LOGware, who sells them locally without immediately purchasing the stock. Ownership of the goods remains with the supplier until the products are sold. Sales revenues are then settled periodically based on actual sales, allowing both parties to share the risks and benefits of market development.
Distributor Cooperation
The distributor cooperation model involves LOGware purchasing products in bulk from the Partner, taking ownership immediately upon delivery. LOGware is responsible for product storage, inventory management, and selling to retailers or end customers. This model supports strategic control over distribution channels and pricing policies.
Dropshipping Cooperation
LOGware markets and sells products, but the Partner retains inventory and ships products directly to the end customer, allowing LOGware to act as a sales intermediary without holding physical stock and reducing capital and logistic requirements. This model enables LOGware to focus on marketing, customer service, and sales while the Partner handles fulfillment and delivery.
